Thank you for your interest in leasing an apartment in our beautiful community. In order to provide you with our best service and expedite the process of your application, the following documentation must be submitted along with your application.
Government issued picture ID.
Three (3) months paycheck stubs and at least 6 months to 1 year of employment. In the event that you do not have paycheck stubs, we will accept last 3 months Bank Statements for income verification (income must be at least 2.5 times the amount of rent).
Every person 18 years or older must fill out an application. A money order or cashier’s check for $40.00 for each application must be submitted for the credit check, payable to: Moss & Company
A separate cashiers check or money order for $500.00 to hold the apartment is required. The holding fee must be given at the time you submit application.
Please make sure your application is filled out completely and signed inf ront of a leasing agent. If you are not present at the time the rental application is submitted, it must be notarized. Incomplete application will not be processed.
NO CASH OR PERSONAL CHECKS will be accepted for application fee or holding deposit.
